Reverend Surv. George Amoako-Nimako is a minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and an experienced Real Estate professional with over thirty–six (36) years of experience.
He has professional and post-graduate academic qualifications in real estate and finance from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology [(“KNUST”) (BSc Hons. Land Economy)], the University of Reading, United Kingdom (MSc in Urban Land Appraisal) as a Commonwealth Scholar, the University of Ghana, Legon (MBA Finance), and the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration [“GIMPA”) (Certification in Project Planning and Management)]. He has a Diploma in Christian Ministry from the Living Word School of Ministry, International Central Gospel Church (ICGC).
Rev. Amoako–Nimako has been a Fellow of the Ghana Institute of Surveyors (GhIS) since 2000. He was the Acting Chief Executive Officer of SIC Properties Company Limited and Head of the Estates and Mortgages Department of State Insurance Company Limited, and duly retired from active duties in January 2020.
He has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Broll Ghana Limited [the leading Property Management Company in Ghana] since January 2011 and has helped steer Broll Ghana’s growth throughout his stewardship.
Rev. Amoako-Nimako is a Moderator/External Examiner for the B. Tech [Estate Management] programme at Kumasi Technical University and delivers occasional lectures in the Department of Land Economy, KNUST, Kumasi. He is the Project Consultant for the Ghana Insurance College’s new campus project at Adamorobe, Aburi. He is also the consultant for the Insurance Brokers Association of Ghana (IBAG) on their proposed mixed development at Adamorobe, Aburi.
He has a passion for the Word, soul-winning, intercession [family, church & national], and the development of the total human being. His firm conviction is that salvation is about the whole person. With a calling to help strengthen the Body of Christ, he ministers in various churches and ministries as the Lord opens doors and sends him.
Since June 2017, Rev. Amoako-Nimako has been the Head Pastor of Praise Community Church – Adenta [a thriving Charismatic Church located within the SSNIT Estates] and has served as the Resident Pastor since August 2004. He is married to Mrs. Margaret Amoako–Nimako and they are blessed with children.
