Finance Manager
Ms. Florence Aggrey-Fynn is the Finance Manager of UGEL.
She is an experienced finance professional with over 17 years of experience in various roles including Decision Support, Financial Management, Corporate Finance, and Investment Advisory Services.
A Chartered Accountant by profession, Florence has held managerial roles in the manufacturing, telecommunications, humanitarian, and Investment banking sectors.
Ms. Aggrey-Fynn is a fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) UK, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Accounting), from the University of Ghana Business School (UGBS), Legon.
