Legal Officer & Company Secretary
Lilian is a corporate lawyer with about five (5) years of experience in legal practice and over 15 years of experience in performing administrative roles in diverse organizations. An incisive and tactful lawyer well vested in the provision of company secretarial services and other commercial transactions. She currently serves as the Legal Officer & Company Secretary of the University of Ghana Enterprises LTD.
Mrs. Amarko-Ntow holds a Qualifying Certificate (BL) from the Ghana School of Law, a Bachelor of Laws (LL. B) from the Ghana Institute of Management and Professional Studies (GIMPA), a Bachelor of Business Administration, also from GIMPA, and a Higher National Diploma in Secretaryship and Management Studies from the Takoradi Polytechnic. She is a member of the Ghana Bar Association.
Lilian’s training in Secretaryship and Management Studies, legal exposure which started under the kind tutelage of the previous Company Secretary (Her Ladyship Professor Olivia Anku-Tsede), as well as the various administrative roles over the years have equipped her with relevant experience critical to the operations of the organizations she serves. Lilian is married and blessed with five (5) children.
